Today i got NOA2 by mail for both I-130 and I-129F. I didn't received any snail mail and my status never changed on my USCIS account since last touch on 05/24/07.

I was looking at your timeline yesterday, Guru, and was about to say you should be approved very soon. Congrats I'm glad VSC is picking up now.

Console -- don't worry. RFE means about 2 weeks later you get approved (if you submit what they're looking for ASAP).

CM, wait for the snail mail regds the RFE. if you believe u sent everything, but still there are chances that they misplaced something, eg-they misplaced my passport pics, and sent a RFE.

once u get the snail mail, reply overnite. and i got my approval within 2 weeks they recieved my RFE

it could be that i might get an email regaring RFE... never had any touches

consolemaster- hope ur RFE requires something small- like photos. it is soo absurd that they put an RFE on ur case now.. with so many touches earlier they could have done it then. well best of luck

I hope everyone is updating their timeline...specially those who received approvals this week.

Congrats to those who got their approvals.

Anyone have any idea how long it will take before they start sending out approvals for April Filers.

Another question....For some reason, i received the transfer notice for I-129F on April 15th and i haven't seen any updates on USCIS website regarding VSC received my petition.

Anybody who is in similar situation???

Don't rely on the website, they might have not update it yet. You'd probably get your NOA1 in the mail...
