Hello Everyone,

My case was sent to CSC, from my understanding I should receive an e-mail that it arrived. It's been 18 days and I haven't recieved an e-mail yet. Has anyone been approved without the e-mail notification that the case arrived? Should I just try and be more patient? Being apart is starting to really have it's toll on me. Yesturday I cried all day. crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You will usually receive two separate emails, one, stating that your case "has been sent to another service center", and the other one, your case being "received and pending" to the service center where it is being transferred.

I received one e-mail. That the case "has been sent to another service center". And that's it. I haven't received the e-mail that says "received and pending". That's why I'm concerned.

well ours was received in the service center almost a month... and now, no touches - i think i should start worrying...

no worries!!! i know many have said it but just do the best you can to be patient... smile.gif my case was also transferred from VSC to CSC...and I received the "case transferred" notice on May 11th...and receive the "case pending" notice 10 days later on May 21st smile.gif So just be patient...its hard but in the end its all worth it smile.gif take care biggrin.gif
dillydally
also...i forgot to mention that CSC and VSC are behind on receipting and notifying people with notices...(many people have been stating they have been approved but have never received their NOA2s...as well as NOA1s...or other notices...the service centers are not up to date with their status updates online)...yes it is annoying but just think of the end when all the waiting has paid off...that is what is keeping me sane smile.gif
