Today I received my notification from the NVC that they have received our approved I-129F, Yeah!!! The strange thing is I haven't received my NOA2 and the webpage still shows my application in a pending status. Anybody seen anything similar? Should I worry about it?

You weren't the first and the last... A lot of strange cases like yours happened at CSC lately... But hey, congrats for making it to NVC!

You should watch for the hardcopy of the NOA2 in the mail. You will need that in doing AOS someday.
Good luck!

I'm at NVC, too, without my NOA2 or an update at the USCIS website.
Kitkat posted, yesterday I think, on the K1 forum, a link to a USCIS press release stating that CSC and VSC would get all caught up in sending out NOAs for I-130s by 15 June. They got slammed with HIB applications on 2 and 3 April -- more than ever before. And a lot of those filings are by employers who pay the big bucks for expedited review. So we have to take a back seat for the time being.
But NVC has our cases, and State will behave much less disorganized than USCIS!

I am hoping that is what is taking my NOA2 so long. I expected to receive it about 2 weeks ago, but nothing and no RFEs. I have been watching as others have received their NOA2 that filed significantly after I did. How do you get notified by the NVC? Snailmail, email, telephone?

On average it takes about 90-120 days for CSC/NSC/TSC filers to get approved. If you entered your info on the USCIS web site, you will get an e-mail from them when they approve your petition. As of today, there are many of us who were approved at the beginning of May and have our cases already at the NVC but still haven't received the paper NOA2.

DanB,
Yes, I've seen something similar. Identical, in fact. I never received an Approval Notice for my I-129f petition for my K3 wife, and it still shows pending the same as yours on the USCIS online status. And my wife is now pending removal of conditions.

I called. I never received a letter from the NVC saying they received the petition, although I recieved one saying they finished processing and have moved it on to the Embassy. So my petition is in BKK already, but still no NOA2 from CSC.
They just updated their websites last night, though.... I'm still not officially approved on the new one, but maybe soon

Call this number and use your receipt number from your petition to see if NVC has received your case and assigned a number. If they have received it, you can obtain your case number and if they have not recived it, then you will be told by the automated message that they have no record of it and it is still at CSC
