Can someone please set the record straight for my husband and I. He insists that the letter is telling him to actually set up a bank account with this bank and then make the payment for the visa. He scanned everything and emailed it to me and I think it just says go to this bank and make the payment.........no mention of actually creating an account there.

Anyone?

hehe you are correct, no mention of opening an account... he just goes to any CIB branch and pays the $100, and sends in the receipt as proof of payment.
