I have learned so much from VJ. I read it everyday. I received electronic confirmation of nebraska receiving our packet. I want to hear from anyone and everyone who has filed at the Nebraska Svc. Center. I'd like to know how many days it's been taking from receipt of packet to getting in the system. From what I've been reading it appears to be 30+ days..........................ANYWAY----I AM HAPPY THEY HAVE OUR PACKET.........I PREPARED HARD AND DILIGENTLY!!!
Our I-129F was received at Nebraska on 25th April and the NOA1 notice date was 21st May but we still haven't received a copy of it yet. We got the receipt number from the back of the cashed cheque and looked at the case status on-line.

Welcome aboard Ramzis51 . I wish you a successful speedy approval. I am still waiting for my NOA-1 and I am on day 29 since my petition was received by NSC.

We filed in April but our NOA1 is dated May 15 so I guess we're may filers too! We waited for 34 long days! I was getting worried but many april filers waited for a long time also.
