hi everyone,

can anyone pls tell me how much time does police clearance certificates takes

i m totally bugged up its 3 times i went to police station they call me again n again for something or the other it feels so risky to go there alone i have to keep taking my parents
, they havent even submitted my application yet ,
is it some chai pani thing , i feel that way now , how much chai pani they take approx.. ??

and one more thing i need to get passport clearance certificate too can someone pls let me know the procedure for this one ,

Yes, it is a chai pani thing or find some influential person. I paid around 2000 RS. to get the local police certificate and another 1000 RS to get it from the passport office. Applicant has to go to the passport office and fill out an application for certificate. usually, it only takes a day to get it. Since, I paid someone to do it my wife didn't have to go there.

I hope New Delhi schedules my wife's interview soon. This has been a longest and most painful journey for my wife and I. When I became a USC, I thought I was done with INS. NOT SO MUCH!!!

its 8 months since our marriage n we both also feel so lonely n helpless

n moreover we didnt file for k-3 we do regret on that



again a question

how much time did it take for you to get passport clearance i have to get done from delhi then travel all the way to bangalore to get pcc from there too ?

Another friend of mine just got hers. She filed the application in the morning and it was ready for pickup in the evening. Since, my wife didn't go to the office they had to mail it to her permanent address. It has been a week and she still doesn't have it. I would recommend you to go there personally and get it done.
