Huh?

Not sure what your question is. Are you in the US and you want to go on a vacation on a cruise ship? A travel website, or agency may be able to help you. Alternatively if you look at the cruise line's website, they may have information as to what documents you need to be able to travel w/ them. Good luck!

Ah ok,
With the K-1 visa, you have to get either AP or your green card first before you can travel to Canada and come back to the US. That will take a few months (usually 3 months to get AP, 3 to 24 months to get green card.) after you get married and file for AOS.
You don't need to use a US passport, you cant get one until your a citizen, just use your current passport. Being that you may not yet be a permanent resident of the US, you may need to apply for a visa to enter Canada as a citizen of the Philippines. Once you have your green card you can travel to Canada without a visa.
You would use the AP document or green card if you get it soon, to get back into the US.

Once you enter the US on your K1 visa, get married within 90 days of your arrival (the sooner the better) and immediately apply for AOS/EAD/AP (advance parole). I will take upwards of 3 months from the date of filing to you getting AP allowing you to leave the country. You CANNOT leave the United States until you have this...not even Canada to board a boat, so it's very important to file right away.

You can leave at any time, they just wont let you back in without AP or a Green Card.

Technically, yes you can leave the US before you get your Green Card, but why confuse her further?
