Someone please explain this! I thought I'd check the USCIS website for the hell of it and it has a case status of 05-28-2007. Still no chage in status but who would be touching my case today? Are they even open?

That would rock!! If they actually worked on holiday my respect for them would go way thru the roof. Well, at this point, even if they didn't actually touch you today (and rather, touched you on friday and the system just updated it today) you got a touch! Yeah touches!!

Hmm...that would rock...good luck, you should have already been approved by now along with the rest of the Jan. and Feb. filers as well...but lots of props to the man working on a holiday...

In the past, many VJers have been touched on holidays, we never know why, could be a computer processing delay, could be something else - but they do work weekends.

With the amount of petitions that they have received in the past month, it wouldn't surprise me if they are doing some OT to catch up.

It is great and about 24 Hours service?

I was also touched on the holiday. Strange.

It is always a god sign when there is activity! I would have never thought on a holiay, but I am happy something is getting done by CSC.

I also got touched on the 28th...no idea why though

I just called the NVC and the automated system says that they generated my forms on 05/28/07. I had called yesterday but it didn't say that at all. So yeah, I think the NVC and CSC are doing some major OT.
