Well, today hit day 111. Still no news although a few touches. I faxed Senator Mel Martinez(by the way he was an immigrant from cuba) a letter this morning explaining the situation. Not sure how much influence they actually have but i figure it can't hurt. I still haven't figured out how CSC processes these things. There are still several Jan. filers waiting for NOA2, at least 50% Feb filers waiting, but March approvals? Makes no sense!!!

Oh well, i guess that's the best system we have!

Good luck to everyone, maybe this week!

Regardless of what people on here will tell you, I beleive that when he calls, they are going to see your packet and hopefully process, seeing as how they should have already approved it...Good luck with this.

Good luck, lets hope this leads to an approval! You would think they could finish up Dec Jan and Feb before moving on to march... whistling.gif

I read somewhere if there was a basic mistake of anykind and something no matter how simple needs to be changed it adds like 45 days to the process because it goes to review.

I had spelled my girls middle name 2 different ways on the forms and was informed not to call and change it or it will add about 45 days. They must not of caught it or just fixed it because we were approved.

P.S. Any March filers with touches go the RFE route on the phone. USCIS told me it was still pending. I did the RFE route (did not have one) and got CSC on the phone and the lady told me it was already approved. Good luck all!
