I am filing the application for Travel Document for a Reentry Permit. I dont understand the application form.

I entered the USA on a K - 1 Visa. Had my interview for Application To Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status. Approved awaiting on name check.

Which box do i check.
a)I am a perment resident or conditional resident of the United States and i am applying for a re entry permit.

or

d)I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after tempory foreign travel.

I am most certian it is d. Not really sure. Would bre greatful for some help.

My first instinct is to say "d" is the one you check since you don't actually have your green card in hand.

Hi Kath. Your approval is conditional upon an all-clear for your name check so you are not yet a conditional or permanent resident. Answer = d.
