Anybody did DCF at New Delhi in recent time?
Confused about USC residency requirement in India. New USCIS regulations
require 6 months. But US embassy New Delhi says 90 days!!!!!

Go with what's on the Delhi site. If I'm not mistaken, Delhi acts as its own service center which allows them to have the 90 day stipulation as opposed to the 6 months. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me. Just be sure you will still be able to prove domicile her in the U.S.
The best way to know is to call or email the Embassy/Consulate
