I'm sending my fiance for his interview and the form is not available? He is going to Juarez Mexico
The one that is "out of date" is the most recent one,somebody asked that a few days ago.Your fine using the expired one.

You should be looking for the I-134 (presumably) - you can find their (USCIS) most recent one both here on VJ and HERE - it shows as expired but no new forms have been promulgated so they will be acceptable.
Exert: 2/28/07. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable

It even says on uscis website that older versions are accepted so I would assume the current one on there is even better. Use the current one but then check frequently to see if a new one will come on but I guess you will have to make do with the one on there for now. Cheers!
