My wife is from the philippines we got all her police clearances from each city she has lived in the philippines and finally got the one from austria. I also asked her to get a nbi clearance but only has the one from 04'. She is no out of the philippines and working on a cruise ship. I really want to just send it all off. Will the police clearances from all the cities be ok or will we need that nbi clearance? Should I just submit everything and see what happens?

im currently located in middle east. & my fiance filed our K1 application last March 22,2007..I was here since 2005.
I'll be in PI by first week of July, start of collecting all the required documents. But before i will leave this middle east, i will secure my clearance here as well.

she will not come home in the Phils to prepare for this application?
if she will have her interview in other country, i think her '04 NBI clearance will be agreat help..if thats the last year she was in the phils.

NBI is the National Bureau Investigation in the Phils, which concerns for criminal records(if any) of all Filipinos.
NBI clearance is part of the requirement to be presented in the interview process in US EMbassy Manila.
