Hi,

My uncle filed I-130 for my mother in 1994 which is now current, we received instructions to file AOS. When my uncle filed for us, I was a minor at that time. Now I am over 21 years of age and I am wondering if I am still eligible for AOS.

Please advice on what are my options.
