My case is at the NVC since April 27. I had an attorney on my case in th beginning of the process so he was automatically designated as the agent. I decided to remove him as the agent and he was removed on May 10. According to NVC, both my IV bill and AOS bill were generated on May 14. However I was unsure about whether they were sent to me or my attorney. I called NVC and they said that they were most likely sent to me since they were generated after May 10. I self generated the AOS fee bill and sent it few days ago. However, I have still not received the IV bill. I call my attorney and he doesn't return my calls. Is it possible that my attorney is such a crook that he received the IV bill but still hasn't gone through his e-mail? Is it normal for it 2 weeks after the forms were generated and I still haven't received the form. This is my advice to people. Please don't hire a lawyer. The lawyer will definitely slow down the process. And this lawyer charged me $600 and he refuses to answer my call. I need help. helpsmilie.gif

I received most of my documents from the NVC at least 2 weeks after they were generated.

HI .. I HAVE QUESTION... CAZ U HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SITUITION.....hope u can shared....
I CALLED NVC THEY GIVE ME CASE#.at same time my wife in "PI" emailed NVC
at that day she also recieve replies from NVC .
I JUST WONDERED if it is the right time to start process AOS and DS3230 or We need to wait further instruction of NVC in order we can process ds3230/OAS.
How long it takes before we can start process aos?

It depends on how fast the NVC generates the forms.

The order of everything you should get is this:

1. DS-3032 (choice of agent)
2. AOS bill
3. I-864
4. IV fee bill
5. DS-230 with documentation if needed.

It can take 2-8 weeks for them to generate the forms and for you to receive them. But you need to keep calling the NVC to find out when they generate each form so you can send it faster.
