Delhi just posted the June 2007 appointments, so I took a crack at them. Again, here are the assumptions (someone please let me know if I am incorrect)

The NVC case number is made up of the following:
3 letter Consulate location
4 digit year (NVC Date)
3 digit julian date + 500 (NVC Date)
3 digit case number for the day

The NVC fiscal year is from Jan 1 -> Dec 31

What does the NVC case number in the last column mean? Anyone know?

My understanding is that it is the Nth case that is processed by the NVC on that day. For example, if that number is 14, that means, on that day, this is the 14th K1 case processed on that day.
