Hey, Guy. I want to ask that if I file petition for my parent (I-130). Are their son or daughter that is under 21 can accompany them?, or I have to file a seperate form for them. In case that I do have to file a seperate one, Can I file them all together at once?. Thank you for reply!

I'm not sure if they can go with your parent right away after your parents get their visa. But as far as i know you will petition your parent first then your parent can petition the siblings later...this is the best and fastest way to go as far as i know.

Yo answer your question, you can petiton them all together.

But for siblings it is usally quicker for the Parent to petition them once they have a GC.
