Does anybody knows how long it is taking to get interview at London Consulate?

London seems to be taking scheduling interviews for about a month after receiving back all packet 3 forms and the checklist. Check the timelines here - you can do a search for people who received an NOA2 (Are you a K1 filer? Another visa/process?) around the time you did and who are going through the London Embassy. Select "detailed" results and you'll get a chart showing others members' detailed timelines - you can see the time difference between packets 3, 4, and the interview.

You can also just check the UK regional forum and other people's signature timelines.

what does "topic split" mean?

Splitting and merging topics are done all the time to divide a topic into two topics (or combine) when it makes sense . It is a judgement call. We spoke about this via PM earlier. Please keep the topic now on topic or PM me for more info!
