you just need the police clearance if you been working in other country or if you stay in other country longer than 6 months...in my case i did get local police clearance but i just wasting my money they dont even ask for it..

In my case, for my upcoming interview, I got NBI clearance (latest) and local police clerances (just in case they will ask for one). It won't hurt if you will get a copy for your interview...
