What a Gwaan!!!! Hope everting criss!! Can anyone tell me the current fees for the AOS and where do I mail the package once its put together? Im in New York.

It is $325 for AOS and $70 for biometrics = $395.
The EAD is $180

Most people send the AOS package to the Chicago lockbox - there are very few exceptions and I'm almost positive and NY is not that exception.

Is the biometrics the same as the 'fingerprint' ?

Go to VJ guides on the top and see what forms you need on the Adjustment of Status.

Then go to www.uscis.gov, click on Immigration Forms........ then search each form that you require. It then gives you the cost of each form you need to file, what is requied to file for each form and where to mail it.

Yea, biometrics is fingerprints/photo. Everyone says that it usually is a really fast procedure.
