According to the attorney, my case was sent on April 25th to CSC uptil now, I have not receive the NOA1, can anybody tell me what's happening? Read some usually receive in 10days. Thanks.

Due to all the H1B petitions that CSC was bombarded with in April, they have not been sending out NOA-1 \ NOA-2 on a timely basis as b/4. But hang in there you will hear from them shortly. Also, if you paid by using a personal check, you can track the check via online banking to see if CSC already deposited the check. Typically your receipt # will be on the back of your check. You can retrieve the receipt # WACXXXXXXXXX and sign into www.uscis.gov website to register for email notification with regards to your petition. Also, confirm from ur attorney if NSC received ur petition.

I sent my I-130 on 04/07/07 and received the delivery notification from the post office on 04/10/07 and my NOA1 was dated 04/23/07 and I didn't get the NOA1 until around the 26th or 27th, so as you can see, it can take around 3 weeks to actually get it. I think USCIS says wait at least 30 days before calling them

If you still want a copy of it you should call USCIS. They'll send it to you withing 30 days or longer.

Thank God, I have finally received the NOA1 dated 21st but received on 24th May. I pray the approval should come soon.
