I have a question on what happens next. The application was sent from the US consulate in Rio to my fiance and she has already seen the doctor that the consulate mandates. I am a little concerned as to what happens next and also why I haven't received anything letter from the consulate. Can someone enlighten me as to what needs to be done going forward. Thanks.

Are you saying her approved K-1 petition went to the Embassy in her country? If that is what you mean what will happen after that is she will recieve packet 3 from the Embassy that she will need to complete and send back to the Embassy. In the packet 3 there are several applations and other forms that she will need. After she completes everyting and gathers up all the information that is required and sends it back to the Embassy they will then send her a letter reguarding when her interview date is. Thanks AJ1!! Another question. In the affidavit of support I -134, question 8 says to list the people who are wholly dependent or partially dependent, do I list my fiance or is strictly meant for people currently dependent upon you not including your fiance? Thanks.
