Hi quick question...

I am filing for my son... I know I need to send I-130 and a copy of his birth certificate and a copy of my Greencard.... but do I need to send a copy of my marriage certificate to show my name change from what is on his birth certificate to what it is now????

I-130:

8. What If Your Name Has Changed?

If either you or the person you are filing for is using a name other than shown on the relevant documents, you must file your petition with copies of the legal documents that effected the change, such as a marriage certificate, adoption decree or court order.

So, yes, you do need to submit a copy of the marriage certificate! smile.gif Good luck!
