i got a friend shes a filipina married a us citizen but they lived in korea,then she got pregnant is shes baby need a visa to get in to united state

The baby is a U.S. citizen. I suggest they go to the U.S. embassy.

I agree you need to go to the US embassy and take birth documents and get them to file the proper paperwork for the child to be recognized as as USC. Good luck.
