Hi all,
I have submitted I-130's to USCIS California which were received April 25th, after calling the service number they say it can take up to 4 weeks, then call them if you have not received the receipt confirmation in the mail.

Has anyone filed one in this same timeframe and received their receipt?
Also what is a typical timeline for receiving the receipt is it usually longer then 4 weeks (perhaps its there ideal timeframe)?
Also my processing fee check hasnt been cashed yet so that was of concern too, is that a good indication that is is being processed?

Would greatly appreciate any feedback.

I mailed mine on April 24th and got a signature confirmation on the 26th. I sent it to Nebraska and it should have been transferred to California. I have received notice of this nor have I have received a NOA1. My check hasn't been cashed either. I am giving them till Monday and then I'm going to give them a call.
