There's nothing easier than that.

1) Find a translator who can translate all that stuff for you.

2) Find an foreign credentials evaluation agency who will evaluate the degree. I used AACRAO, because, unlike WES, they didn't want anything sent directly from my university.

3) Grades are not an issue at all. A "5" is an "A" etc.

I have the same question about degree
I have Diploma from pedagogical college and university(social worker) but I'd like to work here as a teacher
I need to translate and evaluate my Diplomas....My husband saying that I can translate them myself and then just send to evaluate...But i don't know -Will they accept my translation??

That's very easy:
I used http://www.iee-usa.com
You just print out all the applications from their site (they do the translation so you don't have to bother), and mail it all to them together with the diploma. The fee was more than $100 but less than $200 (I don't really remember). They are reliable, helpful and relatively fast. You can call them and they will explain all the stuff. They have good credentials.
