Hi. I was wondering if there is a difference between the Sworn Statement and the Sworn statement on the back of the FS-257A? Below is how the contents of Packet 4 are described from the Embassy webpage on VJ. Thanks.

- List of doctors and procedure for medical exam (downloadable from the consulate site)
- Sworn statement
- DS-156 (2)(downloadable from the consulate site)
- DS-156-K (for K visas)(downloadable from the consulate site)
- DS-157 (downloadable from the consulate site)
- FS-257a (downloadable from the consulate site)
- statement on the back of FS-257A (marriageable age)
- Interview instructions
