Hi,
I am a US citizen and my wife is Chinese and a green card holder (pre-"removing of conditions"). She will be filing the I-130 for her daughter who is over 21, unmarried, and in the U.K. attending college.

Here are our questions...

1. There are two sections on the application asking for the relatives address (in this case her daughter's). Would we put down her daughters address in the U.K. or a permannent Chinese address. One of these sections is Section C, part 2 and the other is one the last page, section C, part 19.

2. For the birth certificate can we use a notarized relationship certificate? (part of my wife's notarized divorce packet) It shows the relationship between my wife and her daughter.

3. Does my wife's conditional GC status still allow her to make this application?

Thanks for your help!
