hi every body

i want to know what to put DS230 Line 14 14. Name of Spouse (Maiden or family name), date of birth and place and the address....shall i put my us citizen wife or what please ??

Yes, you write down the name, date and place of birth, address of your US Citizen wife, since she is your spouse.
