Hey guys,
just wanted to find out if there are any April Filers who recently got approved for their K-3 Visa......It might be little too early but just wanted to see if anyone got any approvals. I have see bunch of March filers got approved last week.

Additionally, does anyone know the whole reason behind transferring I-130 to CSC from VSC?

Thanks in advance.

Jay

We're in pretty much the same boat as you, except we've been married nearly 14 years with a son, and have been waiting longer for the I-130 approval. That aside, we had our cases transferred from VSC to CSC (I-130) and to VSC (I-129F) about the same time, and our cases were last touched on the same day as well (May 15).

As for why the shifting of apparently a number of cases from VSC to CSC, I can only guess: VSC seemed, at least, to be fairly hopelessly backlogged (for how many months were they processing applications from March 12?), whereas things have moved somewhat at CSC. Again, though, just a guess; It'd be great if someone who had some information on this could inform us.

Peace,

Matt & Chandra

HI,

I AM WITH YOU AS WELL,,,

Well, Janab KhanShahid, I hope that, God willing, you will be with us on this, too: We got our approval yesterday!

It would appear that the CSC folks have been making their way through the pile that was forwarded from VSC, judging from the number of approvals I've seen of late from there.

Peace,

Matt

Any April Filers got approved recently????
Jay Patel
My case is finally pending at VSC after two weeks of waiting smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif....well total of almost two months since filing I-129F.

I suggest anyone who is new with filing I-129F...they should send their paperwork straight to VSC instead of sending to NBC.

I only suggest this to people who will get their K3 petition transfer to VSC after it is received by NBC - Chicago office.
