I am married to my US citizen husband for 5 years , I am a resident for almost 3 years. We have a 6month old baby together.

Copies of which documents do I need to send with my application :
Here are the documents We already have :
-copy of marriage certificate
-my husband birth certificate
-baby's birth certificate
-tax returns for the last 3years
-copy of GC = both sides
-common health insurance card
-appartment rental with both names on the rental contract

Of course we have to pay the appropriate fee = 400$$

Do we need anything else ??

Thanks for your answer

It's alway good to bring other types of joint living expenses like old bills and join bank accounts throughout your marriage just to strenghen the case. Other then that you'll want to bring your passport and green card as well, if you have an out of the country trips, they may want to see your stamps in the passport. Can't think of anything else at the moment...

I actually just sent the bare minimum required and had no problems whatsoever. 4 months later I already passed the interview. No other paperwork was asked of me. I did not even send any other documents for my husband besides a copy of his birth certificate and his divorce certificate from the previous marriage. I don't remember seeing in the instructions to send bills or pictures or insurance cards. Just send whatever they ask for. If they need more, they will always let you know. That was actually the easiest application package I ever put together.
