I have an I.T.I.N applied for me by my hubby...How should I answer this line in DS 230?

an itin is not a ss number, its a number used for filing taxes but has nothing to do with ss, so if you want to apply for one automatically after your interview, check yes. if you want to apply for one on your own when you enter the us, check no.
