hey guys...
my Fiance got our NOA2 via the mail....
but i checked and keep checking our status on the USCIS website - case status online and it keeps saying recieved and pending...

is this just a matter of them not changing the status?....

or should we call them? and tell them?

is there a international number i can call them on?

any help is appreciated...

Wait 2 weeks and then call NVC skip the automated system and talk to an operator. Sometimes USCIS system fails to show status.
