Today we sent out our packet to TSC.

I send it US Priority Mail Overnight. They would have to sign for it since I did not waive the signature.

I know that is fine for VSC but TSC mailing address is a post office box.

So, should I have waived the signature?

We requested a signature though it slows it down by a day or so. You do have a tracking number you can use on USPS website, to confirm delivery.

And if they drag their heels cashing your check and sending the NOA1, like CSC is doing, you would still have evidence that they got the package.
