I was told by lawyer and instructions that anything with yours and her name both like Bank accounts was good. (though at the embasity they really didn't look at much of that stuff pictures ect.

yes, you can use those as proof. I did the same thing. The remittance receipts. You can use letters (email and/or snail mail). wedding and honeymoon pics. photo of you and her together. Wedding invitations (if u still have a copy).
