I believe the guide is accurate and up to date. You would need I-130, G-325A (one set for you and another set for your wife and each has to sign his/her G-325A), one passport size photo of both of you, copy of marriage certificate, divorce certificate (if applicable). A cover letter is not required, but it is helpful. You can just write what are you attaching (I-130, G0325A, marriage certificate, passport size photos, etc) with this cover letter. A set of G-325A has total 4 pages and all pages must be filled out. You can fill out I-130 and G-325A from this website or from USCIS website, if your computer has acrobat reader version 7. Filling out onlien is easier, because you can correct any erros before you print it out plus for G-325A when you fill out the first page, it automatically fills out all 4 pages for you.

Hello everyone!
I just married a wonderful woman in April and am now ready to file our I-130. I was looking for information on what to send on this website and found some info. The guide says to send a cover letter, pictures of both of us, the I-130, and G-325 among other things.
Is this guide accurate and up-to-date?
Does anyone have an example of the cover letter?
Thanks!
