Can someone answer me here please. Can I apply for my brother or sister for immigrant Visa ? They both over 21 years old. I applied for mother and she have an interview next week. is it easy to do , when my mother gets here first then apply for my brother and sister. i heard it takes long time since my mother won't be U.s citizen for next five years.what are the easy way to bring them here. I would really appreciate all helps.

For brothers/sisters of USCs the priority date for India is currently January 1996 (a little over 11 years)

Yes they can though the wait time is very long due to being given 4th preference.
