Has anyone of u received both AOS fee bill and IV fee bill at the same time?
My question is, can this two bills be sent back to St. Louis together in one envelope(in one mail)?(to save mailing fee)
Or must both bills be mailed in a separate envelope?
Pls help..it's urgent! My mother-in-law is mailing it to St. Louis tomorrow morning!

The bills have the same address mostly but different PO box numbers between the two. I sent mine in different envelopes. It cost an extra $14 but looked more like what they wanted.
