Hi Guyz!

Has anyone of u received both AOS fee bill and IV fee bill at the same time?

My question is, can this two bills be sent back to St. Louis together in one envelope(in one mail)?(to save mailing fee)
Or must both bills be mailed in a separate envelope?

Pls help..it's urgent! My mother-in-law is mailing it to St. Louis tomorrow morning!

I definately would mail these separately to avoid any potential problems.

Call NVC and ask them if it is ok to send them both in one envelope. It should be ok, but who knows?

Lets try not to makes things too complicated. If tehy have 2 evelopes for return back then do so. This will be the best way to avoid confusion.

thanks everyone!

Yes, it is better that way. But it would be ok to use the same envelope, you just need to confirm with NVC. I have sent same AOS Fee Bills for my parents in one envelope, though they provided separate envelopes for both. I talked with NVC and they said yes. Regardless, just use separate envelopes to send them. I am just sharing my experience.

It is better to send them separately. If you send them in one envelope, u will save some money but you might receive an RFE. and it's gonna cost you more on mailing. Send them separately to avoid problem in NVC. Goodluck
