, the notation gets removed by showing a green-card, not EAD. The notation is saying that the SSN card is valid only with an EAD card.
My fiance received a stamp on his I-94 stating "employment authorized" when he entered the country two weeks ago(POE: JFK). He just applied for his Social Security Card. Will the Social Security Card have the same notation? Can he accept work based on the I-94 mention? We appreciate any information you can share on this topic.
