When Javi got his visa last year in January he had his vaccinations. He didn't have any medical records so they just gave him the shots he should have. Not sure he actually needed them. Anyway, I was wondering, were we supposed to get him more shots once he arrived here. I know we got a sheet from the medical stating which shots he received. I'm not even sure where it is now. I know it's at home but I'd have to look for it. We have to remove conditions in November and I just want to make sure we didn't screw up by not getting him more shots. And if we were supposed to get more vaccinations, can we do it now?

I hope that all makes sense, I feel like I rambled. laughing.gif

There are certain vaccinations (Hep B, for example) that are given in series. He may have been due for a follow up vaccination to get the best protection from what he received. Take the paperwork to a doctor for advise about that.

But as far as immigration is concerned, they won't revisit the medical stuff when you file the I-751. The purpose of the I-751 is only to show that your marriage is bona fide and not for the purpose of subverting immigration laws. All the other hoops you jumped through to get the visa (affidavit of support, police certificates, medical, etc.) are behind you.

I think he was supposed to get the follow ups to some of the things. But I'm pretty sure he had them to begin with. He had his small pox vaccination and his mom says he had everything else. I think they just made him get the shots because he didn't have his records.
