Yep, the recording says 4 weeks, if you call after 4 weeks and talk to a live person because it has been more than 4 weeks, they will tell you 45 days like the rest of us. I was really nervous too that it was taking so long, and it seemed everyone on VJ was getting their NOA1 so quickly, and there were only a handful of us discussing this delay in the last 2 and half weeks. I asked people that I knew who had done this before and the longest I heard was 8 days. But, we all just filed at the wrong time and ran into this huge backlog for NOA1s.

NOA1 will come rest assured
