I begin finally to get papers and papers the only one I dont get is the form I-134 Affidavit of Support INS webpage offer me an old version means an expired paper April 30 2007 , so my question is Can I apply i-129f with this form?? I will not have problems at the Imm Center at the moment of applying?Or I have to wait until appears the new form??
I need your help

Hi Jenn,

As far as I am aware, the version of the I-134 created on 02/28/2007, expiring on 04/30/2007, is the latest version of the form. However, because it is expired, you probably want to check the USCIS Forms page regularly to see if they posted an update. According to that page, 2/28/07 is the current version, and versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable.

The actual form is not expired but you do not file it with your initial petition. An updated one might become available before you need it. If not use the latest one when the time comes.
