I have a question, is there anything I have to do/submit after my 10yrs GC gets approved except for the random interview? I might be away from my town during the time when my card will be approved (ONLY estimate), I just don't want to get in any troubles... Thank you.

Typically, no, it just arrives magically with no intervention on your part. Usually, you're called in for biometrics a short time after you submit the I-751 (I see this has already happened for you), and then you wait a longer time, and the I-751 gets approved and you get your card.
But there's no guarantee that yours will follow the typical pattern. It's certainly possible to be called in for an interview, and it's also possible they'll issue an RFE. Furthermore, their procedures have varied in the past and will probably vary in the future. They've varied a bit from place to place as well as from time to time. For awhile, they were routinely sending requests for many people to send in their original conditional green card before they sent the new one out. But I haven't seen people talking about that for a few months. In our case, the card just magically arrived.
It's probably good to at least check the case status frequently via the Internet while you're away. If yours is following the typical pattern, it'll probably be "received and pending" for a very long time, followed by "card production ordered", and a few days later "approval notice sent". The approval notice will contain the new card.

Thank you so much for reply. I was wondering they will ask you to submit more photos or something like that to the local immigration office. I thought I heard things like that but I was totally wrong. Yes, my case is still pending and pending. I hope the new one magically arrives too. Thanks alot! I appriciate your advice.
