Well interview is scheduled for July 3rd. NVC told me packet 3 was sent out yesterday.

Just called the State Department (1-202-663-1225 option 1,0) and was informed that the packet 4 was sent out today, medical is scheduled for August 6th and the interview is scheduled for August 13!!!

I just called the nvc and they told me they sent my application to Guangzhou, China on June11th.
Feb13th sent I-129F
Feb 20th received case#
May 18th received I797C form -notice of approval
June 11th sent to Guangzhou
I also received my new case#

My Fiancee has not received her packet 3 & 4 yet and NVC told me they were send out on the 11th. They are sent to her right???

I would call the State Dept (1-202-663-1225 option 1,0) and see what they say....

They were able to tell me when the packet was sent out (06-12) and to whom it was sent (her and me)

I'm a CSC February filer who hasn't even arrived at NVC yet

I was only approved on June 4 (notice date June 7) so I expect it will probably arrive soon. Kind of surprised though, as my last touch was on June 8 - perhaps to prepare it for mailing?

I wonder how files are actually shipped from CSC to NVC? Internationally, it looks like they use DHL, but what about nationally? Anybody know?

It will take about a week or so. CSC is obviously in California, NVC is in New Hampshire. Keep calling them, they should get it soon. Remember your case will not be available through the automated system.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to report that we are out of A/R and were sent to the consulate on Monday. We are both really excited. But we will still have a few months before the interview, Moscow usually takes 2 months from the time it gets there to interview date, but WOW so much to do!

By the way we recieved an email (PDF) copy of our NOA2 from the lawyer today. We have our interview Tuesday and got our letter from the NVC already. CSC sucks

I'm still waiting on our hard copy NOA2 and for CSC to update their website...

Good luck with interview!!! Danaik got her packet today. I am leaving june 29th to go down there for interview. I am sooooooooooooooooo excited. This arduous process is almost over. Then I will fly her here on August first. Congrats to everyone else who is at or past NVC!!! and YES!!!! CSC does suck, they are lucky i'm not an arsonist.

From everything I have read and understand, NOA2 is NOT needed for the interview. In speaking with the consulate in Costa Rica, the kind officer told me they have everything they from the USCIS. Then she went over some things I would be needing and NOA2 wasn't one of them. Since the interview is scheduled for this Tuesday, I'll keep you posted...

I called my congressperson 2 days ago to see if they could do an inquiry. That turned out to be useless, as the aide who works for the congressperson was told the same sorry spew that they tell me. I think I am about to loose my religion !

My petition (I-1s9f) was approved at the end of May and I've yet to hear a thing yet. My fiancé hasn't heard anything from the (norwegian) embassy.

And to make things worse, the operators at the NVC are constantly "busy".

I'm stumped as well. Ugh!

You really need to try to phone NVC in the morning around 8:30 am , because I have had no trouble and the longest wait was around 3 minutes. Be ready with your RECEIPT NUMBER if you have not been issued a CASE number. you will be asked the name of the beneficiary and his/her DOB, and they will ask your name and verify your phone number.
