Hi. I posted about this three weeks ago. Now I'm beginning to worry. It's been over a month since the package was shipped out from the NVC to Chennai consulate in India, and my spouse in India has not received anything yet. What do I do?

I would suggest you calling the embassy there as the US citizen. You can give them your NVC # and ask about the case and what is the next step. This might give you some answers. I do not know how things work there, but I ended up calling to Cuba and asking about it and was able to get my fiance his packet much sooner than just waiting. Best of luck to you both!!!

Neither of us ever received packet 3- we waited 3 weeks and e-mailed the embassy in Ankara. They said to download all forms from their website and send in - so we did.
I would e-mail the embassy in Delhi, and check their website.
Good Luck!

Our packet took a long time to come from Chennai too. I emailed the Embassy at ChennaiIV@state.go and ChennaiIVU@state.gov and they immediately sent me an email with 9 attached files of the Packet I needed. Please also check http://chennai.usconsulate.gov/appointments.html to see if you have already been scheduled an interview; they scheduled our interview immediately upon receiving our case from the NVC! Good luck!
