I am filling out ds-230 part 1 for my wife (k3 ivsa, india) and on quetion 11 , it is asking for the address to which I would like my greencard to be sent in US. Should I just put "NA" and make a note saying applying for K3 visa or something like that or putting down address is better option?

You need an US address.

The example form says "Same as item #10" they wont send a card anyway.
