The 90-day period leading up to the expiration of my husband's permanent resident card starts at the end of May. We know that we will be moving at the end of July (to a different state, but still in the region of the NSC). My question is whether or not we should wait to file the I-751 until after we have moved and officially changed our address, or if we should file the I-751 now at our current address and then do the offical change of address forms while the case is pending. Does anybody have any advice or did anyone go through something similar?

Thanks for your input!

You can go ahead and submit your application now and then just send in a change of address after you move.

We sent my daughter's AOS package in and then we moved 2 months later. We sent in the change of address and sponsor's change of address, and we had no problems at all.
