Hi. We now have our RDJ# and the NVC office said that our papers would be mailed to our Embassy in a couple of days. I requested a time frame for the delivery and the NVC office said that our Embassy would receive a electronic notification immediately and then they will mail a hardcopy of our papers to the RDJ Embassy. The NVC office said that I could call DHL and ask them the approximate delivery time.

My question is how soon can we mail packet 3 to RDJ? We have already gathered and completed all of packet 3 but I am worried that if we mail packet 3 to the RDJ embassy before they receive our papers from the NVC office then it may cause confusion at the RDJ Embassy and possibly our papers will be lost.

Does anyone have advice on how quickly we can mail packet 3? Thanks.

the best i can think of is requesting a PROVISIONAL FILE to be opened, until they receive the actial packet from NVC. If you already have all the documents ready.
