Just out of curiousity - on average, how long does it take for the Dept. of Homeland Security to cash your check. I mailed my package on Saturday, priority post. Any chance it'll be cashed before Friday?

Mailed out AOS sat 5/5 and still waiting to see the check clear the account. Timing can vary depending on how far your bank is from the USCIS center cashing the check.

Also your profile says AOS pending, and you are asking question about I-751 lifting conditions, so which is it???

Assuming you sent your package to NSC, it should be cashed by this Friday. They are fast in cashing in the checks..

I sent my I-751, I just haven't updated my profile in awhile. And yes, I sent it to NSC, so I guess I should expect it to be cashed soon.

I mailed the i-130 on April 10 it was received on 13th and the check was cashed on the 24th.....your case number will be on the back of the check.....

Wow, NSC is quick. They cashed my check today - so it took about 5 days. Good thing I transferred cash from my other account! Let's hope they're that quick when it comes to approving my application!

Unfortunately no.. they're taking about 8 months right now...
